Pet Policy

What is your pet policy?

Not every property owner will allow pets on or in their property. For those that does, the following applies:

ALL applicants are required to have a profile with Our Pet Policy as part of the application, even if the applicant does not have a pet or have an Emotional Support Animal or Service Animal. There will be a small fee per pet profile for those applicants with pets, but the profile is free for those without any pets, have Emotional Support Animals or Service Animals.

Please note: Pets may not weigh more than 20-25 lbs at the adult weight.

Pet Fee and Rent:

$250 Pet Fee per pet & $25 per month Pet Rent per pet.

There is no Pet Fee or Pet Rent for Emotional Support Animal or Service Animal.

ALL applicants are required to have a profile with Our Pet Policy, a 3rd party services, as part of the application.
