Stress Free Cancellation Guarantee
We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with no penalty.
Happiness Guarantee
We only want to work with happy clients, therefore within 90 days of signing the Agreement, if you’re not happy with the service provided, you may cancel our Agreement and we will return any monthly management fees we had collected back to you.
Results Guarantee
With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified resident. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the residents, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move-in inspection...all before we get paid anything.
Leasing Guarantee
Our leasing guarantee states that if a resident does not fulfill at least 12 months of a lease term, we will find you a new resident for free.
30 Day Marketing Guarantee
If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less we will give you ONE month of management free!
Pet Protection Guarantee
For any pet that we approve, we will pay you up to $1,000 ($5,000.00 for Premium Plan) in damage protection for any pet damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers.
Eviction Assurance Guarantee
For any resident that we approve, we will pay you up to $1,000 ($5,000.00 for Premium Plan) to cover any attorney, legal and administrative fees, and/or costs associated with the eviction.
Eviction Protection Guarantee (Premium Plan ONLY)
Should any resident that we approve is evicted by the courts, we will pay you up to one month’s rental income otherwise not recovered from the resident’s Security Deposit.
Resident Damage Protection Guarantee (Premium Plan ONLY)
Should any resident that we approve cause damages that exceeds the Security Deposit, we will pay you up to $5,000.00 to cover for such repairs, excluding normal wear and tear.
